Order Processing and Policies

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Domestic orders are delivered within 2–10 business days after processing. International orders may take longer, and Rivelle Knits is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, including those with overnight shipping requests. Weekend delivery is not available. After processing, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

To cancel an order, email us at support@rivelleknits.com before 1 p.m. PST. For orders placed after 1 p.m. PST, email us before 8 a.m. PST the next business day.

Holiday Season 2024: Updated order policies will be shared starting November 1, 2024.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address. For workplace deliveries, include the contact person’s name.

Important: Rivelle Knits does not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail to meet these conditions. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $400 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For orders below $400, shipping costs are determined by competitive carrier rates based on the destination.

International Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $500. For orders below $500, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination at competitive carrier rates.

Customs Duties and Taxes: These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and usually range between 25%–40% of the item(s) value. The carrier will contact you to arrange payment upon your order’s arrival at customs. Rivelle Knits is not responsible for these fees.

If the recipient refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be returned to Rivelle Knits at the customer’s expense.
