Returns Policy
Any merchandise purchased at a discount of 30% or higher is considered a final sale, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Otherwise, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with price tags intact.
How to Process Returns

Products are eligible for exchange or store credit for up to 21 days following the purchase date and must be received within 30 days from the shipping date.
We offer the option to unlock free return shipping by paying a small returns fee during purchase. If you choose this option, there will be no additional charge for return shipping. Otherwise, you may be subject to higher shipping/handling fees at the time of return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
Returns Process
Navigate to the Rivelle Knits Returns Portal, input your order number and zip code, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Securely pack the merchandise and clearly mark the authorization number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
Please note that Rivelle Knits is unable to reroute packages once the order has been processed. It must be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Refund Process
Once your return order has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You will receive a notification once the return is completed, and you'll be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Shipping costs for domestic and international orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged merchandise.
Rivelle Knits is not responsible for refunding import taxes or duties (except USA sales tax) for returned items. Exchanges for destinations outside the USA may require additional tax or duty.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Returns will be credited to the original credit card account within 7 business days of receipt.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy
Rivelle Knits offers a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
